3DeVOK MT Gen2 Advanced 3D Scanner
Rapid Customization of Car Floor Mats with 3DeVOK MQ
Employing advanced dual IR light sources (IR speckle and IR laser), the 3DeVOK MQ color 3D scanner enables flexible, marker-free 3D scanning of various surfaces. Its expansive scanning field of view (1100 mm x 1000 mm) effortlessly handles large components. This mode enables the rapid acquisition of complete 3D data for 3D unfolding and customization, significantly boosting scanning efficiency and accelerating production.

Ergonomic Automotive Seat Design: Optimized with 3DeVOK MT
The 3DeVOK MT, equipped with 22-line infrared laser technology, excels at adapting to a variety of colors, especially yellow and red, ensuring precise 3D scanning and accurate color reproduction. Thanks to the high scanning frame rate (up to 80 frames/second) and rapid scanning speed (3,300,000 points/second) of the blue laser, the 3DeVOK MT can quickly capture the complete 3D data of the seat without the need for markers. This provides strong technical support for improving seat comfort, conducting quality inspections, and even customizing seat covers.

Whole Vehicle Scanning with 3DeVOK MT 3D Scanner
In automotive inspection, the 3DeVOK MT professional 3D scanner, equipped with 34-line blue laser technology and marker alignment, achieves a fundamental accuracy of up to 0.04mm. With a scanning frame rate of up to 80 frames per second and a scanning speed of 3,300,000 points per second, it rapidly captures high-precision 3D data. This capability enables engineers to identify and rectify potential design and manufacturing defects in the early stages. Furthermore, the scanner’s strong adaptability to different materials ensures efficient scanning even on reflective surfaces, typically without the need for powder spraying.

3DeVOK MT: 3D Scanning for Motorcycle Engine Applications
The 3DeVOK MT 3D scanner features 17 pairs of blue laser cross-lines, combined with marker point stitching technology, achieving a basic accuracy of up to 0.04mm and a volume accuracy of 0.04 + 0.04mm/m. The point spacing can be as low as 0.05mm (with actual scanning recommended to be set between 0.1-3mm). This enables it to excel in capturing fine surface details. Its advanced technology accurately acquires 3D data of engine components and can scan reflective metal surfaces directly without the need for powder spraying, providing powerful technical support for reverse engineering, quality inspection, and digital modeling of motorcycle engine components.
