2026 Douyin Creator Conference: 3DeVOK Showcases MQ and MT Gen2 3D Scanning Technology at Yanguan Ancient Town
Date: 2026-10-10

Recently, the 2026 Douyin Creator Conference (Douyin is China's leading short-video platform) was held in Yanguan Ancient Town, Haining, in China's Zhejiang Province. As one of six representative enterprises selected for the Zhejiang stop of 'Ignite! National Powerhouses — City Treasures,' a 2026 campaign celebrating China's leading technology, manufacturing, and innovation, Scantech (HANGZHOU) CO., LTD., the maker of 3DeVOK 3D scanners, was invited to this annual creator event to explore — alongside creators from across the country — the intersection of technology, culture, and creativity.

At the event, Scanology and 3DeVOK brought the 3DeVOK MQ and 3DeVOK MT Gen2 3D scanners to Yanguan Ancient Town, letting more creators experience 3D scanning and 3D digitization up close through live demonstrations.

3DeVOK Professional 3D Scanning Arrives in Yanguan Ancient Town

At the venue, Scanology and 3DeVOK set up a 3D scanning experience booth, bringing professional 3D digitization technology into the setting of the ancient town.

Among the exhibits, the 3DeVOK MQ handheld color 3D scanner was mainly used for live human-body 3D scanning. Creators could experience the process of turning a real person into a 3D digital model on the spot, and see their own 'digital likeness' take shape.

From a real person to a digital model, 3D scanning makes what was once specialist digitization technology tangible and intuitive, and opens up a new way for content creators to experience it.

At the same time, the 3DeVOK MT Gen2 professional 3D scanner was also demonstrated live. As a scanner built for professional 3D digitization, the MT Gen2 wireless 3D scanner can capture 3D data from objects such as mechanical parts, automotive components, and human bodies, providing 3D data support for applications like reverse engineering, digital design, and manufacturing.

From 'City Treasures' to 'Digital Experience'

This year's Zhejiang stop of 'Ignite! National Powerhouses — City Treasures,' a campaign highlighting Zhejiang's representative technology, manufacturing, and innovation, focused on the province's standout science, industry, and creative forces.

As one of Zhejiang's representative enterprises, Scanology and 3DeVOK brought 3D scanning technology to Yanguan Ancient Town this time, creating a new connection between professional 3D digitization and public creativity and content creation.

From human-body 3D scanning to professional 3D data capture, and from lightweight experience devices to professional 3D scanners, the 3DeVOK MQ and MT Gen2 also demonstrated the possibilities of professional 3D scanning technology across different objects and application scenarios.

When Douyin Creators Meet Their 'Digital Selves'

For many creators encountering 3D scanning for the first time, seeing their own 3D digital model was an intuitive and fun technology experience.

And for content creators, 3D scanning is more than just a technology — it can become a new tool that connects the real world with digital content.

When 'national powerhouses' meet 'Zhejiang's city treasures,' when 3D scanning comes to Yanguan Ancient Town, and when Douyin creators meet their 'digital selves,' technology and creativity sparked new ideas right there on the scene.

Looking ahead, Scanology and 3DeVOK will continue to bring 3D scanning and 3D digitization technology into more industries, scenarios, and creative spaces, so that professional 3D technology can be seen, understood, and used by more people.
